Ordered it online received within a couple days. Worked great right out of the box.

I purchased BIAS X hoping for an upgrade, but it is technically unusable due to extreme static and noise issues. I use professional gear (Gibson Les Paul Greeny, MOTU M2 Interface) and run BIAS FX and AmpliTube 5 with zero noise on the exact same setup. This proves the issue is 100% with the BIAS X engine. Instead of fixing it, Support wasted days of my time with useless tests, tried to blame my highend cables, and then refused my refund request by claiming the noise is a 'feature' of their 'sensitive' engine. They refused to honor the legal refund period for a defective product. I am now forced to file a Chargeback dispute with my bank. Save your money and stay away from this company.
