Quick and easy, but keep in mind that you will not be able to have your package held at FedEx store (or any other delivery change/request). For a lot of reasons (inclement weather and being at work, for example), I typically have all of my music gear held at the FedEx store (or UPS, depending on the shipper). If you choose to use the free shipping option, keep in mind that they use an economy method which doesn’t allow for any shipping adjustments. No harm, no foul, as I was home when it was delivered, but just something to consider depending on what you are ordering.

Absolutely incredible amp and loving the tones I'm getting out of it . No longer have to spend tens of thousands on new gear to achieve the tones I use . It's all packaged into one !!!

It's an amazing piece of technology. I just wished the transmitter was thinner so it would fit my guitars (both ibanez). I had to buy a short extension cable for that, which chips away at the supe fast experience of wearing the headphones and plugging in the jack and you're ready to go. But overall I'm enjoying it quite a lot!

I received a defective product. When dealing with customer service I followed the instructions to return. In the process I was given a shipping label with the wrong name on it. I flagged with customer service and was told I was wrong they were right and to return. I returned product. The replacement item was then sent to the wrong address. I flagged this again with support and say it is my fault and ask if I can reach out to person it was sent to that information I sent was wrong. After multiple messages support finally realizes they read the serial number wrong and has reshipped my product. For all the hassle and waste of my time they offered 5 percent discount code on my next purchase…

bought a new one as the original was out of warranty. no feedback as to what the problem might be. Basically felt , out of warranty ? out of luck. Figured it might be the battery but nothing from service or parts

Really enjoying the ability to change settings from phone. Have all the possibilities of any sound at your fingertips. Love the headphones as well great noise cancellation and personal experience also like the blue tooth for play alongs. Would recommend to anyone wanting to learn at their own pace

I could not be happier with the excellent customer service I received after contacting support about the hum in my early model Spark40 amp. After researching online, I felt that my problem was most likely the non-grounded charging cord. I was immediately offered a replacement 3-prong charging cord and brick/transformer at no cost to me.
