Shipping was fast, but the information about when it would arrive was sketchy at the time of purchase. Made me a little concerned since I had a gig coming up.

The sounds are pretty good. UI to search for sounds or for creating sounds could be better.

I absolutely love the Spark Neo. It has reinvigorated my playing. Although I have yet to play with all the features, I love being able to pull up virtually any song and playing along side it. It has really improved my lead and my ear.

Terrible customer service

I had bias fx, bias amp, bias pedal and even a spark before and didnt quite know what this was, tried it and bought it the same day, got a discount for owing the bias fx, but as a casual user this is much easier to use because of the AI that can point you in the right direction

I expected more than what the older FX and Amp versions could, instead this feels heavily stripped in favor of AI
