I bought my daughter the dog treats canister I love it I wanted to keep it but I don't have a dog. I treated myself to a teapot, I nearly bought one years ago at a market stall and when I went back to get it the stall had gone, I always regretted not getting it. Should have sent them back - crockery is so heavy and chunky and the plates are uneven in size and most don’t fit in the dishwasher. Need more info about weights and accurate sizes on website. Regret buying online

Beautiful dishes, arrived on time and very well packaged. I ordered more to supplement my set. Overall I am pleased with the Minerals design, however, because the underside is unglazed it does retain water. This is not an issue with the plates and mugs, but the small bowls have water marks which makes them look unsightly. I also don’t expect to spend time peeling stickers off expensive tableware, this is unnecessary and not what I’d expect from a brand like Portmeirion.

Portmerion has been bought by my mum for my birthday and Christmas so have whole set I use daily every one loves it but very expensive but I broke plate and had to replace it. I would like a new teapot lid for 2 pint teapot so looking constantly but I love my botanic garden set
