Having ordered and received the wrong size botanics side plates (6) I rang customer services who were very helpful. The lady explained the returns procedure and assisted in pointing me in the right direction to reorder the correct size, albeit in a slightly different design (exotic botanics) as the size i wanted had been discontinued in the original design. I was extremely pleased with the helpfulness and efficiency of customer services.

Different from my old bowls because they have a rim but they are still lovely and they stack ok with my old bowls.
