Very disappointing. The free mug appeared to have pits like a second. The heart dish had been opened and looks secondhand. The small "side" plates were smaller than I expected. So I was disappointed.

Easy to order but nothing appeared even within several days ( I was not so foolish as to expect your quoted delivery of 1 - 2 days to where I live) and when I rang to enquire the payment had been taken but the order hadn't been passed to dispatch. The delay didn't matter as such but I have had a series of very frustrating dealings lately with telephone, internet, car dealer and solar panel installers so I am a bit fed up generally and this was the last straw.

Plates in good condition, well packed and prompt delivery. The one which was scratched was replaced without quibble. I would have liked a better selection of patterns.

As expected good quality at a great price

All the items we received were beautiful and the packaging was also very pretty. The customer service was excellent with an issue I had with the website. The reason I knocked off 1 star is because I just got absolutely bombarded with marketing emails after. I had about 5 in a row just about mothers day. This left an unpleasant feeling that this respected, tradition icon was just desperate for money.

Beautiful products, with a fantastic company

I'm absolutely thrilled with the several items I bought in the traditional style. Each item was beautifully packaged and presented, making a perfect present. I needed some help with my order and the customer service was great and the lady sorted my issue very quickly. I've taken off a star because I got hounded by marketing after making my purchase. So many emails, about one a day, trying to force me to buy things. And so many about mothers day that I got really annoyed and opted out. It's so disheartening when even nice companies start using little occasions as a huge marketing ploy and just reduce yet another supposed thoughtful caring celebration day to a commodity.
