Very good indeed. On time, packed perfectly. All goods were safely delivered, as always. Very happy.

Very easy process and exceptionally fast delivery.

I can’t actually rate them as they were a gift.

1 of 6 bowls broken. Replaced quickly and efficiently. Thank you

The plates arrived on time safely and beautifully presented and packed to a very high standard

Very rare and unique hunting scenes on the high quality material. Great service and communication.

A stunning versatile bowl

Love the products. I hate the sticky stickers on each piece which are dofficult to get off. Very annoying

A gift for a young person who collects its sweet and such fun at Christmas

Very pleased with the dinner service. The staff have been great. Much appreciated.

So sad ! Have a complete set of Portmerion , that I have owned for over 40 years with no problems and needed to replace some bowls . Sadly after only a couple of weeks chips appeared on the rims of a couple of the bowls

Always good

Really lovely set at very good price, size matched my other plates

Brilliant quick service via dpd. Cake slice & stand arrived separately but I suspect that was to do with cutting blade.

Order and Delivery great service thanks 👍👍

I love the Botanic Garden range and have since a child regardless of whether they are seconds or not. I would buy a lot more but almost everything says 'no guarantee of flower design' - I am too picky about the particular flowers so please can you state which the flower design is for each item?

Really pleased with my purchase. Plain bone china , classic and timeless in style and design.

Really happy with my new mugs, nice size, the quality is excellent and they’re very pretty, would definitely recommend.

It’s elegant and the perfume is much admired.

Could do alot better
