So sad ! Have a complete set of Portmerion , that I have owned for over 40 years with no problems and needed to replace some bowls . Sadly after only a couple of weeks chips appeared on the rims of a couple of the bowls

I love the Botanic Garden range and have since a child regardless of whether they are seconds or not. I would buy a lot more but almost everything says 'no guarantee of flower design' - I am too picky about the particular flowers so please can you state which the flower design is for each item?

I ordered two cups and saucer but recieved two pasta bowls I was very upset. The first customer service lady was unhelpful telling me the cups and saucers I wanted was out of stock but the second lady said they weren't and I recieved thd cups and saucers the next day why they didn't send then in the first place I dont know but they are beautiful and I am very happy

Excellent service. Guided my customer service representative who gave me advice on alternatives to the full Botanic Garden dinner service. Now have fiver serving dishes and waiting fur ny Laurel Leaf plates etc to arrive as I type. .
