Aug 7, 2025 I sent the following email to customerservice@policesecurity.com On Jun 30, 2025, I purchased this item. It arrived in a timely manner. Thank you. BUT, It will not charge when installed in a Rechargeable Focusing Pen Light - 360 Lumen LED Flashlight | LP1044. When plugged in, the red light only comes on for a split second then it goes off. I charged for the minimum of 3 hrs as detailed on pen light package and even longer. No blue light ever comes on. I have an identical pen light that takes the same battery. I have removed that battery and placed in the pen light that I ordered this battery for and it works just fine. So, it is not the flashlight that is the issue. I would like some communication to resolve this issue. As of this survey Aug 14, 2025. I still have NOT received any response back nor a fully charged replaced battery!

I have emailed the customer service twice on different days at different times and I haven’t heard back at all from them about a return. I don’t think i’ve ever had someone just not reply at all to an email, I don’t need my order anymore and wanted it returned and refunded.

I bought a flashlight and didn't know that it uses 18650 battery. I was going to return the flashlight. I really like the flashlight so I started to look for the extra 18650 battery on Amazon. I bought few of them and they don't fit, I went to Battery Plus and bought some and they don't fit as well. I went on Police Security Web and got what I was looking for. Customers services is wonderful. I love my flashlight and now I have two extra batteries.
