You can get "some" of these Police Security flashlights from Lowes and Best Buy but at their mark-up price. Even on sale, the Police Security website is a better deal. I've had no issues with their shippers.

The light works great. However, a few weeks ago i asked if the rubber bite ring was available as a replacement part and I have had no response. So no stars for that.

I ORDERED A REPLACEMENT BATTERY CARTRIDGE FOR MY FATHER BUT WAS SOMEHOW LOST IN DELIVERY AND SHOWED TO BE RETURNED TO THE STORE. I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE ASKING ABOUT A REFUND OR NEW ORDER AND LAUREN WAS QUICK TO RESPOND AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE ISSUE. SHE WAS ABLE TO SEND ME A REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGE TO A NEW ADDRESS. SHE WAS ALSO ABLE TO ADD A 2ND CARTRIDGE TO MY ORDER SO THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT ON A SEPERATE SHIPPING. THEIR PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE AWESOME!
