I received the zephyr 550 flashlight and filed a warranty clam cause the button on the flashlight don't work right. You can shake the flashlight and the light flickers. . I love the product and durability but the button upsets me. I have not heard a word from Anyone from The warranty claim and it's been over a week now. . The button and no response is why I'm giving it a bad review!

I ordered 4 rechargeable flashlights to save on batteries. I love the brightness and different power levels but I don’t like how the light cycles thru strobe and SOS. Lights appear to be durable but they are heavier to carry and too big to put in a pocket
