One of Poetry's excellent points is packing and shipping. My trench coat arrived on a coat hanger, covered in polythene and neatly folded in tissue, in its box. No harsh creases. I hung it up overnight and it was ready to wear next day. No other company packs and ships like Poetry. Thank you.

There was a delay in the arrival of my dress which I had to find out about myself. Beautifully packed.
