The online descriptions are good and detailed. Service always excellent online and in store. I love the wardrobe option whereby you pick (online) up to 10 items to try on (in the shop) before you buy.

The skirt arrived very quickly and the return label made it easy to send back. Good communication regarding refund. Thank you

Always great service thank you

Really good communication throughout the ordering process .

Love shopping at Poetry. Lovely classic styles, very wearable, in beautiful natural fabrics. Everything arrives when expected beautifully wrapped and returns are easy if required.

The trousers fit very well but I would have preferred a slightly heavier material for this time of year.

Very happy

Easy to order and arrived in a couple of days.

Arrived promptly. Beautifully packed so arrived without creases

New system very efficient on exchange and delivery times

Excellent swift service

Shippng good

Super service

I’ve had lots of clothes from Poetry. As long as you know your size they fit beautifully and arrive before expected time.

Shipping and service all grerta- quality seems to be better than recent times which Im pleased about for the price. Generally I only buy a select few items from Poetry these days as I feel the prices overall are too much.

Poetry is a most reliable company and if an item needs to be returned it is a simple process plus being kept informed along the way. Highly recommend this professional company.

Excellent service quick delivery and well packed goods.

Great

Really exceptional buying experience every time. I have never had a single problem with anything.
