I can't fault Poetry either on the delivery of goods or their customer service is ever something goes wrong, they are first class. I have had one or two quality issues over the years with holes appearing in t- shirts, they have improved that greatly. One or two issues with zips and stitching but minimal considering the amount of clothes I have purchased from them.
