The customer service is probably the best I've ever seen. Ferdz in particular was fantastic. There was a sale countdown on the website and w/less that 1 hour I rushed the sale. I used Affirm but changed my mind and an hour later had customer service do a new order w/ my credit card. I still was not sure on the bed itself and a few days later I paid the extra to go from the box spring/latex combo to all latex. After getting the mattress we realized it was too firm and did the comfort swap to go softer on the top layer. Overall we have the ideal bed that should not break down. I sure put customer service through the ringer as I tried to figure this out. *plushbeds management: During the time between buying the bed and paying for the upgrade I tried to talk to a sales rep but they transferred me to customer service bc the sale was already completed. The sales rep would have helped me figure out a lot up front and saved the company a lot of expense with the layer swap. It actually might have been cost effective to give the rep the commissions to try to make sure the customer is getting the right product on the first attempt.

I originally had the firm 100%latex mattress from plush-I had to sell it due to moving. I am still not in a permanent place so I bought just a 100% latex topper for the floor. I only use a firm mattress. So I got the Med/firm topper not the extra firm-it has been surprisingly so very comfortable i feel like im on a mattress. I am small- 115 lbs and 5'3". I will never get anything other than 100% latex to sleep on-its more comfortable than a temperpedic or anything else i have had (wont mention how many decades of experience ;-)))-and its clean and safe from toxins - also i read it would have a strong latex/rubber odor and needed to be aired out- it barely had any odor -any slight smell aired right out outside in a few hrs. In reading reviews and researching other latex mattresses that were less expensive -I bought the Plush again because other companies had reviews that indicated they lost shape etc. this never happened with my first plush mattress that i had for 7 yrs -it was like the day I bought it. so i stayed with plush - Just cant really say enough about this company and their product. I really loved LOVED my Latex mattress and now my Latex Topper!

We purchased two of the Botanical Bliss latex mattresses and bedding bundles. Everything we purchased is top quality and soooo comfortable! The latex pillows are made with shredded latex and they are like resting our heads on puffy clouds. My husband now is sold on their latex mattress. Also, their products are made in the USA. I like my new mattress topper. I don’t think I can say that I love it. After reading many reviews and researching the site for weeks before finally making a decision, I was relatively confident in my decision to buy the 2” topper in Med-Firm. However, if I could do it over again, I would likely choose the firmer option. I’m a little disappointed I didn’t. Too late now, I guess. And I can barely fit my sheets (I have multiple brands) over my mattress with the 2” topper - I have a very difficult time making my bed, so I have no idea how I would have ever been able to do the 3” topper option.

Pretty easy delivery and had a great sleep on it for a few months now. It does get somewhat flattened but we rotate it every once in a while.

I actually purchased this pillow for my husband, but he found it too soft. I’m trying to upgrade his latex pillow from queen to king, after using it for a very long time, and it’s a firmer pillow. I didn’t know anything about different latex at the time, and I think that I must have unknowingly bought him a Dunlop latex pillow way back when, so I think a medium Dunlop pillow is going to be the solution for him. I tried the PlushBeds pillow out since he didn’t like it, and decided to use it myself. I had recently purchased a Helix Talalay latex pillow, and I found it too soft, just firm enough to be usable, but my head almost compressed the pillow flat against the mattress. It isn’t nearly as springy as my old pillow. The PlushBeds pillow is much better! It would be perfect if it were just a little firmer, but it’s a very nice pillow as is. I use the Helix pillow on top for propping up in bed against my headboard, and it works well for that purpose, so I’m actually able to use both pillows, thankfully. I really appreciated being able to use my HRA debit card to purchase the pillow without worrying about reimbursement. I’m hoping to be able to spring for a latex mattress topper someday!

Quality materials make such a difference. The sheets feel so comfortable. The pillows are a bit lofty, I wish I could take out some of the filling. Otherwise, the bundle for $200 was completely worth it.
