I was hesitant about buying a mattress without laying on it first, but with the 100-day guarantee, decided to take the plunge. I'm so glad I did! It's one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on. The medium firmness proved to be just right for side sleeping. And I love the fact that it's organic, so I'm not breathing in VOCs and flame retardants all night long.

The sheets are nice. I wish they were deeper since we have toppers.

The mattress has felt great from the first night for me. Compared to a typical mattress store innerspring I would consider it a soft bed, but that's what I like. When I say soft, I'm not saying saggy. The feel is like half way between a typical innerspring and a memory foam mattress. It conforms more than a standard mattress but not as much as memory foam. But you don't feel stuck like you do in a dense memory foam mattress. I think it's a great compromise between being a soft feel while having support and being conforming without getting stuck in one spot. Thanks.

We love our new Plushbed. initially it was a bit challenging to put together, but we eventually got through it and had some laughs along the way. We purchased the Medium (recommended by the sales person), but realized it was too soft for us, especially my husband. So we exchanged it for a Medium-firm. MUCH better. Customer service was excellent. Thank you.

The bed is great and very comfortable. The delivery was seamless and the team were very professional and tidy. The mattress topper does have some movement of material and I find that I need to adjust it every 30 days or so. I'm still happy.

Shipping was so fast and I needed that because my bed was on the floor.

I had problems with the shipping, but I love the sheets! The only problem was that I didn't check the depth, so it doesn't fit on my other mattress. So I bought a different cotton percale from another store, which is cold to the touch, which I don't like. I wanted breathable, soft and cozy, which is what I got from Plushbeds.

I looked at this particular mattress for a few years. Finally jump on late year sale. My previous mattress was an expensive name brand we've had for years, and I no longer wanted to go with a memory foam. Let me say, there's a reason you give this mattress 30 days before making up your mind. It's a must, it gives the latex time to relax, and now it is the most comfortable bed I've slept in. I can freely move without fighting the old memory foam feeling of being stuck in a hole. No mater where you sleep on the latex mattress, it feels the same and it's supportive. Wife and I purchased the king botanical 12 medium. I'm 6'3 250 pounds. So far loving this mattress. The two of us set the mattress up in about 30-40 minutes. The outer mattress casing is thick and well made. I look forward to sleeping on this mattress at the end of the day. No chemical smells, great support. Latex mattresses are known to last much longer than the alternatives. Give this the 4-6 weeks it needs to break in and you'll love it.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and its product. I decided to try this organic plush RV mattress after spending several days looking for a good regular mattress for my mother’s hospital bed. The standard air mattress that came with it was really uncomfortable. After a few days and hours of looking, I realized the manufacturer had slightly changed the bed specifications, making it very difficult to find a comfortable mattress that fit properly. As a result, we were left with only the very uncomfortable plastic blow-up option offered by the manufacturer. I'm so happy to share that my mom finally enjoyed a good night's sleep! Thanks to PLUSHBED, which is cozy, restful, and beautifully crafted, she's feeling much better. PLUS . . . a company representative personally called me to ask about the delivery. When I explained that the delivery was missing, he personally contacted his FedEx contact and traced the missing mattress. Who does that? I can barely get a representative via email, and no one has ever called me without me first filing a complaint. Wow, I was so impressed.

I have not been sleeping well - for a variety of reasons - over the last 5 years. We moved and decided to get a new mattress. We needed a split Queen so I finally found PlushBeds in California, our home state! I am sleeping better than I have in a loooooong time. I can tilt the head of my bed a bit and we were able to keep our queen bed furniture.
