I believe a 5 star review should be rarely be given, so with that in mind I give PlushBeds a solid 4 stars. The bed is firmer than i thought and we needed to add a topper to for it to be truly comfortable. No surprise there but just plan on buying a topper when you do your budgeting. I purchased the Botanical Plus latex mattress and am very happy with the material. It wasn't a n easy decision to choose 100% latex instead of memory foam, spring and the various hybrid combos but we are really happy we did. There was some transfer of motion without the topper but with it on, we feel nothing and we are more sensitive than most.

The 5 star rating is for the Botanical Bliss Queen 12” (ALL latex with ZIPPER) Medium mattress that my daughter purchased a year ago. I recently stayed in her house for a couple of months and had the pleasure of sleeping in that mattress which was extremely comfortable since day 1. The pressure point response was amazing. Consequently, when I needed to get a new mattress for my home, I ordered the same mattress from Plush Beds. Unfortunately, the mattress I received did not feel at all like my daughter’s despite it being labeled Botanical Bliss 100% rubber latex. This mattress did not come with a zipper to be able to customize layers and also see exactly what was inside. Sooo, to make a long story short, I was not able to get used to the mattress, and customer service came through and through giving me a refund and having the mattress picked up by a super professional company.

This protector is extremely good - and I've had much more expensive protectors before!

I had a natural latex mattress from an expensive and well-known brand for a decade. This mattress costs a fraction of the other and is actually MORE comfortable! I highly recommend it.

The firm 3” meattress topper was the perfect addition for my new memory foam mattress. No more sinking in too far and added ventilation. Just what was needed. Great service and delivery.

The initial smell aside (bcs yes it was like sleeping in a barn for the first couple of weeks), it's amazing. It was really thick when it first arrived, but has now settled into a soft but supportive top layer. I HATE to get out of bed.
