Mattresses King size mattress is comfortable. Didn’t need to break in or adjust to mattress. No odor, no chemical smell. Great mattress, very happy with it. However getting them delivered was a a huge issue, as well as logistics. I gave a 4 not for mattress but logistics and delivery. The mattress is actually a 5. Thank you. The sheets were a great bonus.

I've owned a Plush beds medium latex mattress for some time but moving forward I wanted a softer top. I finally decided to treat myself to a soft topper. I'm so glad I did! Only problem is I don't want to get out of bed in the morning! Love the comfort.

Very pleased with my purchase. I don't seem to overheat as much as when I slept on a synthetic mattress topper. It was pricey but worth it.

I purchased a custom soft latex mattress and am very pleased with both the product quality and the excellent customer service.

Rec'd the Firm Topper I ordered and it arrived securely boxed and wrapped air tight in a strong plastic to keep it clean and undamaged. This was my 3rd talalay topper order so that we can switch off from soft to medium to firm as we need or guests prefer. They are all wonderful and perform after years of use as they were intended. When mattresses arrived, layers in one were offset so mattress sat crooked and left cover bagged on one side. Had to unzip, remove layers and reposition evenly. Also botanical latex mattresses are heavy and twins could use handle on head and foot when used together on king platform. It is difficult to adjust mattresses toward center of bed as handles on center side are not accessible. As for white glove delivery, mostly good, but there is a lot of wiring on rize mattress and after all wires are plugged in, there were wires dangling and touching floor under the bed. I crawled under rolled up and zip tied wires back up to the frame. It took me a couple hours. Platforms are hitched together and you cannot lift them and flip over with two strong people. Difficult doing in limited space and crawling on my back. Now nothing hangs down. Mattresses are comfy. Bed is working ok.

We love our new mattress - sleeping well on it!

Excellent in size and comfort for our RV. Had 2 cot size twins custom made & they have been officially installed and used. We would have preferred that each twin would have been individually packaged as opposed to having them back to back in the same box. This was a little more awkward to release from the packaging material. Aside from that they have vastly improved our camping life!

This is mattress topper number 2. We bought a smaller one for the sailboat mattress and liked it so much, we bought a king for our home mattress. I cannot stress how happy I am with these. We are both so much more comfortable. I do recommend letting it air (hung mine over a banister) for at least 24 hours before putting it on the bed.

The first time I ordered from Plushbeds. The experience dealing with their furniture warehousing, Metropolitan out of Ca. was the worst experience I have ever had - they were very unprofessional and did not follow through with their promises. I waited and waited to being put off and delayed delivery. I even took a day off of work based on their delivery messages to me. Which was canceled as I sat at home on a PTO day for delivery. However, I will say that PlushBeds listened and was cooperative. Once I received the mattress, there was no chemical smell which was amazing!!!! I was able to start sleeping on it right away and I am very sensitive to smells! The mattress is a dream! I can't imagine sleeping on anything else! I do recommend their Hybrid Latex Mattress. Also-being that I went through such a horrible experience they gifted me with a "sheet set" that is top notch-organic! I love it! Thank you

Gotta remember not every company can offer Amazon-style two day shipping. It took a few weeks to get the mattress which was fine for us.

I was worried about quality because of tariffs, but I was assured by Plush Beds that they would not skimp on quality. I even went as far as calling to cancel my order because of a production delays, but because of the excellent customer service I chose not to. I was greatly relieved to receive a foam topper that met my expectations. I can say, Plush Beds produces an excellent foam, and the mattress covers are sewn to perfection. I would buy another bed from them if I needed one.
