Works fine. However, remote is not user friendly. Too many buttons to push in the middle of the night for the massage function.

Thought it would be firmer based on our experience discovering this mattress brand at a hotel we frequent. Hoping it helps with sleep and hip issues.

We are so pleased with the 4 inch mattress topper. We bought 2, one for a bed that was too hard and one for a bed that was too soft. These mattress toppers are perfect. I am so happy I ordered them from Plush beds. When we get out of bed no more backaches.

I bought a Plush Bed for my daughter years ago and was completely satisfied, that I promised myself one when my old mattress was not suitable anymore. Extremely easy to setup. Great customer service about material shortages and my mattress taking a little longer to build and ship. I love the durability of its firmness over time. My daughters bed has maintained it’s firmness and comfort over the years and I’m looking forward to my new bed maintaining as well.

Sofa was delivered on time. Mattress was described more comfortable than what we experienced in reality.

Step 1 of 2 in making a pull out actually comfortable enough to sleep on. The push mattress hides the pullout bars and is quite firm. We still put an additional mattress topper on for our guests.

Easy ordering. Arrived earlier than expected. Easy to put together. Heavy mattress! Instant sleep. No need to get used to this mattress. Taking away one star because the foam insert went flat within two weeks. The mattress is too heavy to just turn every two weeks. Haven't had time to order a replacement half bed insert. But its comfortable.

Delivery was a little longer than expected but the quality was worth the weight. We purchase the firm and was worried about getting something as important as a mattress online without laying down on it first. We're happy to say that we love it.

The med-firm bed I got I wanted a little softer. So I got the soft topper and now it’s perfect. Customer service was also very responsive and helpful when I asked about the eta delivery of my bed.

I really did not think a mattress topper could give you a cool sleep. I was right. If you a looking for a cool sleep you won't get it. You want a comfortable sleep and will help with your aches and pain this will help. I gave it a 4 star because of the claim for a cool sleep. I'm happy with my topper so far. I've had it for over a month and wake up with less pain.

We are very comfortable on our new mattress. The customer service was excellent. When there was a mistake with what was initially sent, the company responded immediately and fixed it right away at their expense. We would purchase from the company again and recommend them to others.

The pillow is wonderful! It is easy to notice the lack of toxic smells coming from it and it is amazingly comfortable.
