Very happy with purchases!

Beautiful bed but difficult to Put together

Good transactions. Fairly priced. Colors need work.

I absolutely love this dresser. It's well made and solid in structure. Initially, I received a dresser with a small damage on the top. Customer service went above and beyond to correct the issue. I will definitely order from Plank and Beam again.

Great

Amazing

Excellent craftsmanship and easy company to work with!

Plank + Beam beats the competition for service and price.

Shipping was fine. 2 boxes / bed. No damage and well organized.

good quality

Very good service. Customer service gets back to me within 24hrs when I emailed about a concern & addressed then thoroughly.

Good

All went very well, though there was difficulty in scheduling delivery

Had an issue with a piece of the furniture and customer service took care of it immediately. They responded within minutes of my email and took care of the issue. Received my furniture within days not weeks.

This is a nuisance and why I don’t usually review things

Everything we bought was great

Great, quick delivery - informed of the status along the way!

When I needed to get more screws for my bed, the agent was quick and responsive. Received them in two day federal express.

Love everything from Plank and Beam!

The dresser arrived faster then expected & it is just beautiful!
