The clothes are super cute and the Pink Lily community is even cuter. I see women building each other up and it’s so wonderful:) I love the quality of the material and everything is so versatile where you can dress it up or down!

Orders never arrived. Customer support refused to help
2 orders never showed. When I reported this costumer service just told me to call the post office- which they should know doesn’t have a way to do that as they don’t have local office phones that are live. They were dismissive and unhelpful and you have lost me as a customer for it.

I love pink lily, and they get it promptly, to you. I love the crew necks I got and just bought a skirt, wore it once, and it got a hole in the lining already. I also love that they do free things with orders. It's my favorite thing, lol.
