I have been so stinkin' happy with customer service's responses and commitment!!! I had some issues with a sweater and it was past the 3 day "defective" period; I had not worn it, I just didn't notice the flaw until a couple weeks later when I went to wear it. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! They refunded my purchase onto a gift card. I was also dealing with them on a gift certificate that I had lost when they had changed their store credit system, and they were amazing about getting that to me as well!! The clothes I had ordered were so so cute, I just knew I couldn't keep that much new clothing!! And I love the videos of the model wearing and showing the products before you order them. It really gives you insight into how it's going to fit and how soft it is, etc.
