I've only placed a few ordered with Pink Lily. I probably won't order from here again. The prices are fair, especially during certain deals (like their frequent BOGOs) but, the item quality is usually very poor. Lots of polyester and acrylic, no 100% wool or cotton options to choose from. Meaning their clothes won't stand the test of time. Most of the sweaters I've purchased pilled after the first wear. It feels like any other fast fasion brand.

Easily navigable site. Always something on sale and love all the bright colors of the clothing. Most of my wardrobe is from Pink Lily and I get compliments regularly on how cute my clothes are!

I shop at pink lily all the time. They are terrific if you have an issue and I love the clothes. Their own brand is ok as a lot of it is their own private label.

I never received my items. I filed a claim with DHS and have not heard back.

I have ordered so many things from Pink Lily because it all looks so cute! They must have really good photographers and models because I am fooled every time :( The items are either too big or too small. Sizing is extremely variable on their items. I got a graphic sweatshirt that got discoloration on it. Honestly, I could keep going with issues. Their return policy is not the best. I want to love it because everything looks really cute, but prices are getting too high and you can't use a code plus your rewards points at the same time, which is a total bummer. I have points so will order to use those up but there are so many options for clothes these days, I will look elsewhere for my outfit needs.
