I ordered a sweat shirt from Pink Lily. . Pink Lily reached out to me, because there was an issue with my order not being delivered yet. I never received it, so they shipped me another one. They have excellent customer service and respond very quickly. Thank you Pink Lily for going above and beyond. .

Fit true to size

I just bought four of the summer graphic t shirts. They are so comfortable and very good quality. They run true to size.

This site is easy to use, the clothes are modeled perfectly and descriptions are accurate.

I will purchase again!

A favorite saying between me and a friend so I bought two. Sized well.

Excellent styles great fit, seems true to size! I plan to buy more Pink Lily clothes in the future!

I received two sweatshirts and I absolutely love them! Perfect for camping and travel! Great vibrant colors and so soft!

I filled out your form to contact you TWICE and did NOT hear back! I needed the order STOPPED BEFORE it went out for delivery. I got an email update that it had NOT LEFT for delivery. YOU COULD’VE STOPPED IT, but I heard NOTHING FROM YOU! I have been a faithful customer and I can’t even tell you how DISAPPOINTED I am!! HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL RESPOND to this form! I’d like to know WHY I was IGNORED! Eliscia Bergstrand

I've only placed a few ordered with Pink Lily. I probably won't order from here again. The prices are fair, especially during certain deals (like their frequent BOGOs) but, the item quality is usually very poor. Lots of polyester and acrylic, no 100% wool or cotton options to choose from. Meaning their clothes won't stand the test of time. Most of the sweaters I've purchased pilled after the first wear. It feels like any other fast fasion brand.

Easily navigable site. Always something on sale and love all the bright colors of the clothing. Most of my wardrobe is from Pink Lily and I get compliments regularly on how cute my clothes are!

Love their clothes

Love their clothing, arrives quickly after purchase and clothes are wonderful!

I absolutely love the colors and feel of the sweatshirts. . . . unfortunately they run soooooo big!!!!! Definitely size down!!!

American owned company, nicely ran. Designs are so refreshing! My order arrived in a timely manner, we'll packed! Thank you !

Every drop I check to see what new staple piece I can buy for my closet. Whether it’s from the app, online, or resale (hehe) my entire closet is pretty much Pink Lily andI have no shame. Obsessed with this store, forever wishing it was local to my location! Including my fav purchase of this far; my pink coat. Obsessed. I can’t wait to get summer pics with the newest drop of swim covers! Bought one in almost all of the new styles *heart eyes emojis* Xoxo

clothing for many generational styles.

I love shopping with Pink Lily, obviously! The website is so east to navigate. And the QUALITY of the clothes is excellent. EVERY piece of fabric is beautiful and durable. i started to buy my clothes just from Pink Lily, don't need to spend my hard-earned money anywhere else!
