I would give this company less than 1 star if I could. Almost everything I have purchased from this boutique has literally falling apart. The quality is cheap, uncomfortable, and doesn't last. I will no longer purchase any more clothing. It seems after 6mo- 1 year, the clothing literally starts falling apart. It's mostly the sweaters and the yarn literally starts coming loose and apart. I find this absolutely disgusting as the boutique advertises quality clothing. This is not true. I wash everything (whether it's recommended or not) in cold water and I hang to dry. I have had multiple pieces literally fall apart after a year or so. And what's really upsetting is they weren't cheap pieces. I have things that I purchased elsewhere for much less money that has lasted for years!! I will never purchase from the site ever again. Their clothing is cheap, lacks quality and is expensive. Also the return protocol is terrible. They basically do not have a return policy. In order to process a return, you must pay for shipping!! I am so disgusted with this boutique I want customers to know Pink Lily is not to be trusted and is definitely not a reputable good clothing company. Furthermore, I plan to create as many negative reviews I can, hopefully to help people save their money. I also will be contacting the BBB.

Got overalls so cute I'll buy from pink lily again.

I was only able to keep 1 of the 4 items I bought. The return process is not easy - I don't have an email for my return, and I cannot purchase anything until I return these items and then wait to receive a gift card in the mail. Wonky at best for the return process, and it seems totally disconnected from the items I would purchase in exchange. Not intuitive for this return process. Once I've spent my money again, I won't be using this site. Not impressed.

Let me start by saying most of my wardrobe is from Pink Lily. The clothes are cute, affordable and well made. During COVID, Pink Lily expanded for a more inclusive representation. The days of being able to see what a model my size looked like in the clothes inspired me try to new styles. Unfortunately the multiplied models no longer are part of the website and it is back to being rather homogeneous. That’s my only complaint. I love everything else about it.

I love this store, however sometimes when navigating to my own account page and trying to see how many points I have, and what I could redeem, ends up being pretty buggy at times. Sometimes I have to leave the website entirely 2-3 times before I can get to the info.

My daughters have loved almost every piece we have purchased. And I am not even upset about the oops of thinking I ordered a PJ set (only got bottoms) because my first purchase was such a deal. I don’t think I gave the cute Titans majorette credit. But she’s how we found you. Apologies to her…love your door buster sales. 💕

I ordered a sweat shirt from Pink Lily. . Pink Lily reached out to me, because there was an issue with my order not being delivered yet. I never received it, so they shipped me another one. They have excellent customer service and respond very quickly. Thank you Pink Lily for going above and beyond. .

I filled out your form to contact you TWICE and did NOT hear back! I needed the order STOPPED BEFORE it went out for delivery. I got an email update that it had NOT LEFT for delivery.
