Shipping and delivery was exactly within the time frame I was told after submitting my order. I was able to assemble it on my own using the garage videos on the Balanced Body YouTube channel.

Although I love my reformer, the delivery process was a nightmare. The delivery company made no attempt to get my signature, but just dropped the box on my driveway. (My husband almost ran over it backing out of the garage!) The box was almost totally destroyed. I was so fortunate that there was no major damage to my reformer, but there were a few dents in the beautiful wood frame, and I was not offered any compensation for that.

I’m a fan of Balanced Body. My Metro IQ reformer is fantastic (well made, easy to use), all the accessories I’ve purchased are high quality, everything ships fast, and I’ve found customer service to be responsive. I’ve had such a positive experience I’m even thinking of taking some of their classes.

Reformer Pilates has been a game changer for me. The workouts are challenging but effective, and I can already feel my core getting stronger and my posture improving. The instructor is attentive, encouraging, and makes sure every movement is done correctly. I always leave class feeling stronger, refreshed, and energized. Highly recommend!
