After having gone to Pilates Studios for more than 15 years, I couldn’t be more excited to purchase a studio reformer from balanced body along with the accompanying jump board and tri-loops! Although I feel well-versed in moves and routines, I also purchased the annual membership to unlimited videos to support my transition from studios to an at home practice. The quality of all the equipment is outstanding as expected and the video library is extensive and easy to use.

Balanced Body has a very easy website to shop and purchase from.

My only issue was the assembly instructions - I had to take apart various components when I got to the section regarding putting leg extensions on. Can easily put those instructions in the front of the assembly instructions.

Recently purchase a Balanced Body Studio Reformer “for my wife”. She loves it. After retirement I decided to start accompanying her to the early morning classes before she goes to work. I thoroughly enjoyed going with her and immediately felt the physical benefits. She is very much a morning person and regularly attends the 06:00 pr 07:00 AM Class. Me, not so much. So, I decided to surprise “her” with the exact studio reformer we use at Club Pilates. We both love it. The quality is unmatched and it is very attractive. I’m buying “her” a jump board to go with “her” reformer for Christmas.

Everything went great! When the gal needed to confirm the order, an email instead of a voicemail would have been great. That delayed my order by a week.
