Shipping was great, the company is great, this is my 4th purchase from balanced body and am a loyal customer!

Outstanding craftsmanship. Great support, articles, and videos too.

I got the best customer service. Giscard answered all my questions, offered many options, and was very knowledgeable!

Great customer service

Keep up the good work

Great products, great service; delivery took place in the expected timeframe.

I started doing Pilates in 2015, and it is not until now that I took the big step and bought my own Allegro 2 reformer, the investment is worthy! I see it like I bought a car but the big difference would be that that my Allegro will not decrease but help me to keep my mobility and keep my body healthy, whereas the car . . . 😁

Shipping and service was great

Always a great experience shopping with balanced body. Great service and high quality products.

Balanced Body is a great company. Good experience overall.

Excellent service

Good stuff

The box contours are great

Easy to purchase. Easy to install.

For my wife's new studio in Bangor Northern Ireland , I had to build six studio reformers with towers and a trapeze (Cadillac) table. I had no experience of this equipment before. The quality stood out from the moment you unpack seeing the care and attention to detail of the packing. The BB Garage Videos were clear and easy to follow. Everything just comes together beautifully as you build. The standard of the components, how solid the apparatus felt once built, the quality was clear to see. I can honestly say that assembling BB equipment wasn't work, it was a pleasure.

Always very happy with anything from Balanced Body. Excellent quality that will last a very long time. Shipping to Canada from my Amercan friends has been wonderful throughout the years!!!

Great!

Love Balanced Body, LOVE my Reformer!!!!
