I’m happy

Great customer service and quick shipping.

I am LOVING my Centerline chair, so far! It’s very versatile and I get such a great workout. The entire experience from ordering to shipping was pleasant and I only had to wait a month or so before I received it! Thank you!!

Always wonderful!

Shipping was fine. I wish the reformer cam with more exercises.

The best tool for body and balance to come around so far! Love it 💗

Shipping was mostly smooth, just took a long time which was expected.

My new BB Bravo reformer is great. Working with BB on the purchase and delivery was seamless. Assembly was simple. The components of the reformer are all the best quality. The carriage performs very smoothly and is comfortable. Managing the foot bar is intuitive. It’s just a great reformer.

Great!

Shipping was quick and easy, the ordering process is also always so simple.

It was so long ago I can't remember the particulars of the experience.

Book arrived quickly!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Communication through email was quick and helpful, especially when discussing customization options and shipping details. Delivery went smoothly and the reformer arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with the entire experience.

The jump board initially came without the necessary screws and had a sticky residue on the poles. Russell, in customer service, was so helpful. He sent screws right away and explained everything I needed to know about safely removing the residue and general maintenance for it going forward. I really appreciated his help, and I’m sure I’ll be purchasing again very soon!

Great ball! Thick, durable, non slip, and the perfect size! Shipping was great and everything was packaged nice!

I received the item in a timely manner. Pleasant, knowledgeable and patient staff.

I’m so happy with my purchase

There were difficulties with the delivery, but the store provided everything successfully, longer than it was presented to the post office. The quality of the balls is good. I use it with pleasure.

great product. the dvd is pretty antiquated, however. please send a URL to watch online.
