I’m still getting everything set up, but the quality of the Rialto Reformer is impressive. I was missing a couple of small set screws, and LaQisha in customer service was excellent. They answered my questions, provided the dimensions in case I wanted to buy them locally, and immediately shipped replacement screws. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products. Looking forward to using it for years.

I like it and have been using it regularly. My only complaint is extending the frame is difficult. I have pulled a lower back muscle due to the difficulty. Now I ask my spouse to extend it for me. It shouldn’t be a source of more pain.
