The jump board initially came without the necessary screws and had a sticky residue on the poles. Russell, in customer service, was so helpful. He sent screws right away and explained everything I needed to know about safely removing the residue and general maintenance for it going forward. I really appreciated his help, and I’m sure I’ll be purchasing again very soon!

Took longer than expected to arrive but am told that was due to extreme weather so that part is very understandable however, I was never contacted and had to keep reaching out to the shipping company to find out what was the hold up! Once I got intouch with them they told me it was due to weather delays (from a few weeks earlier) had I not contacted them and just waited I wouldn’t have known and it was just sitting waiting

Very smooth process. I was a bit worried about the shipping process, but delivery was smooth and the driver was very helpful. The reformer was packaged thoughtfully with little bulk (mostly cardboard), and everything arrived in good shape.
