Great customer service!

Great customer service and products!

I absolutely love my Balanced Body EXO Chair! I take Pilates classes 4–5 days a week, so I was already familiar with using the EXO Chair and knew how versatile it could be. Having one at home has been such a great addition to my daily routine. I use it at least once a day, usually in the morning or evening while we’re relaxing and watching TV. It makes it so easy to fit in a little extra movement, stretching, and strengthening throughout the day. And now my husband has started using it too! Another thing I really love is how great it looks in our family room. I didn’t want a piece of exercise equipment that would feel bulky or out of place in our main living space, and the EXO Chair is just the opposite. The beautiful wood and clean, modern design blend right in with our décor, so I’m perfectly happy leaving it out where it’s convenient to use every day. It truly looks more like a beautiful piece of furniture than workout equipment. I’m so happy with this purchase and equally impressed with the customer service I received from Balanced Body. A special shout-out to Alberto Machado for taking the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and follow up with me. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful and made the entire purchase experience a pleasure. I couldn’t be happier with my EXO Chair and would absolutely recommend Balanced Body to anyone who loves Pilates and wants to bring some of that practice home!
