My product (the intro lock pick bundle lite) came in two business days! Nearly three days earlier than expected! (Not only that, the quality and learning experience has been great!)

I love the reach by Peterson Peterson is one of the best pick manufacturers. Sparrow are great too. Keep it up. Maybe make a set that can be carried like the rock out jigglers.

A perfect addition to any kit

Awesome customer service! Can't wait to be back for more tools. Keep it up, Pals.

Great shop. Fast delivery

A mistake was made with my order, I got in contact with the support team and they responded same day, helped resolve the issue and even gave me store credit for the delay!

While the purchasing process was very easy and I was able to navigate through the website smoothly I found that the only thing that bothered me slightly was the lack of communication throughout the shipping process, I believe that had there been more information during the process it would have made the experience more enjoyable.
