A mistake was made with my order, I got in contact with the support team and they responded same day, helped resolve the issue and even gave me store credit for the delay!

While the purchasing process was very easy and I was able to navigate through the website smoothly I found that the only thing that bothered me slightly was the lack of communication throughout the shipping process, I believe that had there been more information during the process it would have made the experience more enjoyable.

Purchased a set a bump and a bump hammer and couldn't be happier or more impressed. I was going to purchase through Pick my Lock as they had an extra Yale bump key but I'm hoping Pickpals can offer the same Yale and the Master padlock bump keys.
