all smooth

Third time buying from pickpals. Delivery is fast and packaging is good. As for ssdev, the quality of sparrow’s Hooks are very good. Very tough hooks.

PickPals are very easy to deal with, have reasonable prices and a quick turnaround on orders.

Tools are good but postage tracking and timings could of been better.

Easy process. Shipping was a little slow for a local order.

Great shipping and service. This time.

Excellent quality from sparrows as always!

If my wife would let me I'd buy more . Very well made product and storage case thanks

I ordered the wrong thing by mistake, however I've been in contact with PickPals and they've been helping me find out which tool I actually need. The extra assistance through some emails has been great. 10/10 service. Will order the tool I need from them when we figure out what I need, and will order from them again if I need anything, based on the service :)

Excellent service and tools

Definitely will buy from again. Nice selection of picks and tools, quick delivery and can't go past the sale prices.

Had a few issues with aus post and my address being incomplete. Gread customer servise and helped me through every step of the process.

Everything you need as a beginner in one place. It also has harder challenges and new style locks

Just works every time I love it

Great thank you!

Good service and easy to use

Great experience overall, good shipping times. Goods exactly as promised

The brass feels nicer than the other acrylic locks and poses a more noticeable challenge compared to the acrylics

Super easy to purchase. Quick shipping too.

Good service fast delivery got what I expected thank you
