I purchased a second stool for my sister since I have loved my stool for so many years. I had a little trouble understanding how to put the foot ring on, so I wrote explaining my trouble. I cannot tell you how wonderful and helpful the people were in making sure I was able to get the ring on. This company goes above and beyond in customer service and their products are so well made!

Cylinder failed after several years of daily hard use. Customer service was outstanding in getting us the right part on a timely basis. Stool was repaired and back in use in short order. Received several emails checking to see that everything was going well. This is definitely a company to do business with.

I would like to revise my previous review. Originally, there was a miscommunication concerning directions on how to replace a stool seat, which had since been resolved. The Perch company had gone above and beyond my expectations concerning customer care. I highly recommend Perch Chairs and Stools if you are in the market for a high quality stool. I am a repeat customer.

We love the perch saddle stools and have just recently purchased a lab chair which we will be purchasing more of in the near future. Chairs are comfortable and make you sit with better posture. I had back and shoulder issues from sitting all day at the office and the saddle chair has helped relieve the discomfort from this!

I purchased a Perch pneumatic stool in adobe white as I have a laser hair removal spa to which the technicians need a proper stool to float around on over our laminated wood floors as the do long treatments. I had tried an experimented with other stools and found either they were of poor quality or they especially didn't roll easily over our hard surface floors without degrading the wheels or the floor. The Perch stool is wide in it's circumference and rolls smoothly over our hard laminated wood floors. Our technicians really appreciated it. The price for the quality is fair so I quickly purchased a second identical stool. Super easy to assemble! Fits our office needs perfectly.

A beautiful stool, easy to operate and lightweight. I placed it in my bathroom where it fits in perfectly with the white cabinets. It came fully assembled; I had only to add the glides which I prefer to casters that can get stuck in the grouting. Very pleased with this purchase.

As you know, I purchased the perch mid sized stool which varies between 18 and 24 inches in height. A good friend saw it and already ordered one. Would there be a better price if we ordered a quantity of them like 8 to 10? We have a youth program at our club that they would be perfect for what they are more expensive than any stool we have purchased in the past. Please advise. It truly is a great quality product and I am as happy as can be with it. Thank you also for the very quick service.
