Well built chair. Packaging was lacking.

i work in an ambulatory surgery center with three operating rooms. the original chairs for the Anesthesia staff were leaking from the cylinders and replaced with cheap office chairs that were so low even at max height, it felt like we were squatting and was killin' our backs. after much research, i came across Perch with medical-centric chairs. we ordered three lab chairs in a mix of medium- and high-bench heights + arm rests + foot rings + reclining large backs. oh, what an amazing difference! each chair took only 5 minutes to assemble, scream with high quality, and come with a 12y warranty. the company is based in the US, too, so customer support is quick, and shipment only took 3 business days

I absolutely love the chair. It is high quality and beautiful. All the adjustments and everything on it works perfectly. The orange color is lovely and exactly what I wanted. The transaction and delivery went perfect. The only thing I don't like is the way the vinyl was stretched on the seat. From a distance you can see where it is gathered around the bottom of the seat. I just happened to have a friend over who does upholstery for a living and she said the trick to that is you would heat up the vinyl before stretching across the seat for a smoother look. I only wish that would have been done to my chair.

Our company purchased the Perch Industrial Work Chairs for our ceramic handbuilding studio in 2016. We have had all positive feedback from our potters in reference to comfort and ease of use. Fantastic chairs - and durable! We have over 120 potters using them year round and they have shown no wear. I also received excellent customer service from Rowena when trying to order some replacement parts. Some of our knobs had loosened, fallen off, and been misplaced. Rowena was kind, attentive, and expeditious in working with me to order replacement parts. Fabulous company.
