We purchased the stool to allow a comfortable seat while grooming our Old English Sheepdog and also be attractive for the room it is in. The table is electric so we use different heights so having a stool that can be raised and lowered easily was essential. This stool after months of use looks and acts new! Very comfortable, it met all our needs, and is attractive.

I just received my stool, it was first of all very well packed and protected, arrived in perfect condition, and is a beautiful addition to our home. It is comfortable and sturdy, with a nice thick cushion. Was very easy to put together. Very happy with purchase, will recommend this company, and should I want another stool in the future, I know who to order from.

The saddle stool is great. I have a bit of trouble with sciatica pain and had a hard time finding a desk chair that I could use. I do not have any pain or problems sitting on this stool. I am very happy with it.

We love the stool cushion replacement we ordered. While the original leather one was fine, we prefer the cloth style.

I bought the retro stool to use for my sewing chair. It arrived within a couple of days and I couldn’t be happier. I was hoping the orange color was going to be brighter but it still adds the pop of color I was wanting to achieve. It is very well built and comes from a small family owned business. Being made here in the USA and a small family owned business is my top priority when buying on line. The are courteous and follow up to make sure you are happy with your purchase. A rarity these days.

I own a Perch Industrial Ergonomic chair with all of the options, and a basic stool. The chairs are approximately 3 or 4 years old. I guess I have gained weight of late, because the cylinders on both chairs failed. All other components of the chairs have aged well. Perch customer service to the rescue--no questions asked! I received the exact replacement cylinders within days. The chairs were repaired and I'm back in business! Thank you Perch !

These stools are excellent. Very durable. No problems with lift mechanism over many years. Seat vinyl holds up well. Wheels need to be cleaned periodically. 360 degree lift control highly beneficial to me as a handicapped person. Wish the same stool with 360 degree lift control had an option for a back. Great product. Have 4 of them.

Very comfortable stool with a rounded edge wooden seat. Arrived well packaged. Took about 5 minutes to assemble. Highly recommend.

I ordered an adjustable stool that I was happy with until it started sinking. They immediately sent me a new cylinder and instructions on how to replace it. Works great now.

The cylinder on my chair needed to be replaced, and I did not realize it was under warranty. I also wasn't 100% sure that I purchased the chair from Perch. They went the extra mile to find me in their system, and provided the replacement cartridge at no cost to me. They even followed up with me to make sure I got the cylinder and was able to replace it. I absolutely recommend Perch.
