Outstanding service from start to finish – thank you, Pelican Team

Well packed product, helpful and responsive webchat, swatches were delivered very promptly. Only small issues were that i would have appreciated an update from Pelican about the delivery ahead of time - as it was, i got a call from the courier last minute to say they would be coming to deliver soon. Also would be good to have an envelope with instructions on putting the sofa together - it was confusing to know what order to open boxes and what to do exactly. But overall, top class, I’m really happy with the service and the product.

Product is great but operational updates can be improved. More accurate delivery timeline, quick responses on maybe a whatsapp business account and correcting website descriptions of the products would go a long way with establishing customer trust. Also, would help if you can provide a written warranty statement to the buyers for future reference. Overall satisfied and wish team pelican more success ahead.

Delivery took 10days, little above the expectedbl timeline

While we have read reviews from other buyers, we were skeptical about purchasing. However, we trusted the process and went ahead with it. We were pleasantly surprised when the product arrived. The Pelican team took enough care to package it properly. The assembly was relatively straightforward and did not need any additional tools. The product delivered screams quality all around. I'd happily recommend their products to anyone, any day.

I have 3 suggestions: 1. Include at least 1 real world picture (under a tube light preferably) to help guesstimate colors better 2. Include a picture of 2 people sitting on it so width can be guesstimated better 3. Assembly was easy but it'll help if the front bottom rod and center metal tray indicate which direction should be facing 'up' If the dye is pet safe, stitching & cloth strong enough to withstand chewing then this is could be the first pet safe sofa in India!

Amazing service

Pelican essentials was the best choice I made. I was skeptical about their delivery time and the quality of it, but they topped the expectations. The customer care support was great, It was worth all the money. The sofa looks really classy!

The overall experience with PE was superb. Right from the way they send you the sample cloth options to the customer service and the final product, everything thing was hassle free and nice. Would recommend PE to my friends for sure.

Again, same points as before, you need a better offer management, tracking and update system. Also couple of screws that were sent were wrong but replacements were provided the next working day. Should work to get things right the first time. Will improve customer delight
