I recently purchased an office chair from Pelican. While experiencing it at store, the chair felt comfortable. But once I started using it, i felt discomfort. The cushion on the seat was a bit hard and the adjustable back support was very hard and was hurting my back. These 2 points could be addressed. I appreciate their return policy. Good customer service.

I ordered the Palio 3 seater sofa in moss green. It is a velvety fabric which is so soft. The colour varies with the lighting. I have captured a pic with a neutral light. It looks darker at night and lighter in the morning. Overall, very happy with the sofa 😊
