It was fine. They shipped out what I asked for.

Shipped fast vs my other order from February still has not shipped!

Great variety of accessories. Prices are high, but the quality of their product makes it worth the price.

Packing, shipping and delivery were all perfect.

I am giving the packing and shipping time 5 stars. Very impressed with that aspect. But the quality of the product was not what I expected.

I'd never heard of Paynes Gray, so did a little research asking if it was legit, etc. I couldn't understand how this large expensive piece was discounted, with free shipping, and seemingly no tax (built in to the cost?). But all that I read was that is was a serious online retailer. So I bought the desk. It arrived as described, with white glove service, and it is amazing. Well, you know, Jonathan Adler and all. I'd buy another of his through Paynes Gray in a heartbeat.

From beginning to end, Customer Service was top notch. The items are perfection.

I'm truly delighted and satisfied with this wonderful product. The customer service was so professional and offered fantastic feedback! The delivery and white-glove service were absolutely top-notch! Thank you so much!

This planter is wonderful and makes me smile every time I look at it!

These are beautiful quality, I can’t believe it for the price. And they look EXPENSIVE. I filled mine with air plants and Spanish jade moss some the pot portion is small and has no drainage. This is now my favorite corner in my house. Couldn’t be happier!!

Paynes Gray offers the best value on furniture and world class customer service.

I love this vase! This price was amazing!!!

Very cute and very well made! I’m very happy with this purchase. I want to also mention how well they were packaged- a lot of care to make sure they arrived safely. Thank you.
