The ordering, a well packaged item and shipping communication were all well done.

Both light fixtures showed up broken. Customer service replaced the broken pieces but it took a few weeks and didn’t have strong communication with when to expect the replacement parts etc, but they did show up and were perfect, so overall, am very happy!

This is my first purchase from Paynes Gray, and I love it. They look just like the picture and are very well made. Can’t wait for next Christmas to add to my holiday decor!
