Overall great but shipping took a bit long

I’ve had a great experience! This was my first time shopping here and I look forward to my next trip. Thank you!

I got here just some time and one piece, which is great. I would recommend it.

Totally filled my expectations and more! Purchased as a gift…. can’t wait to see their faces!

Most excellent

Beautiful, detailed.

Love the chair. Super comfy and operates as it should and very smoothly. It was important to us to have ankle support when fully reclined and this chair provides that. Unfortunately, the leather does not seem to be the same grade as we tried in the store or the online pictures. The demo and pics are shiny, but the chair we received, while real leather, is dull. Perhaps it’s the lighting, but I’d bet it’s a different leather. Pleased that Paynes Gray delivered in about 2 weeks with free white glove service.

Love the hurricanes I ordered, and thankfully they arrived very quickly! Very Happy with my purchase!

My chairs arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. A great experience which is a rarity nowadays.

Wonderful purchase. Item better than expected and the shipping was extremely fast

Shipping was fast and communication was good.

You did great! Pictures arrived on time & well packaged. You responded quickly to my inquiry about my order.

Service was great

Love them!

Such quirky and adorable products. Can’t help but love them. Great quality and excellent packaging. Quick delivery too.

I was disappointed in the quality of the item. It didn’t look like the picture on the website.

The free shipping always option made Paynes Gray appealing for making purchase that on other websites would charge astronomical shipping fees. I received my order within two weeks, with updates on status of delivery. Definitely will order from Paynes Gray again!

Absolutely beautiful! Delivered perfectly and packed beautifully too! Just love it

Love the lights, just the look I wanted

This chandelier is beautiful! It arrived on time and very well packaged. The delivery crew was prompt and attentive. Super easy purchase from beginning to end.
