One of my shirts was the incorrect size by a large margin ordered a 15/32 and received a 17.5/36. Disappointed as it was clearly previously returned as it was missing spare collar stays and tags on shirt. Other two shirts were good.

The service experience was great. The product is everything they say stands up to multiple wear and wash cycles without a need to iron. So far so good!

Shirts are much larger than anticipated. I have a 20 inch neck and 38 inch waist. The 20 inch shirts fit me like a large balloon! The neck is correct, but the body of the shirt, regular fit. Is not. What should I do???

These guys are great. The shirts are awwesome. I originally ordered the classic which is really big. I paid the extra $3+ so they had no problem returning it and sending me new ones. If you have trouble with the system adding costs, call them and let them do the return. They were very helpful.
