I ordred three shirts with initials. The initials were sown to the inside of my wrist. They can't be viewed next to my watch face. I do not even wear them. Where can I send pictures to substanciate and receive a refund?

The return policy is very fair and friendly, especially if you pay the extra fee when purchasing items. I generally like the clothing from this company but sometimes certain things just don't fit, and I like the ability to return the clothing.

I was disappointed by my recent purchase of two windowpane dress shirts (solid purple and dark blue). Let me first say the tailoring was excellent, the fit great, and the quality of the fabric and colors were outstanding. Delivery was prompt and reliable, and ordering was simple. Unfortunately, the permanent press on the shirts is not what it should be, especially from a premium shirt company. I get my shirts immediately out of the dryer and hang them up after washing them, but the two Paul Fredrick shirts while not wrinkled do not look crisp and fresh even after the first wash. I do not have this problem with shirts I have purchased from other companies. So sadly I will be unlikely to purchase any other shirts from this company.

Excellent shirts but the short sleeve I gel are over priced. I would order som by cannot justify them being so expensive

I would have given this shirt five stars except for one thing:the top button was sewn too far from the centerline of the shirt and was actually almost under the collar so it was impossible for me to button the top button. I could not grip the button with my right hand because the collar was in the way of my fingers. So the shirt could only be worn with an open collar, a major disappointment and manufacturing flaw.

Don't post shirts when you are sold out of them. It's very frustrating to me and only makes me upset enough not to buy anything.
