Great Service - Poor Gift Exchange policy. I received a beautiful shirt on fathers day from my dad, but the fit was not quite right so I called the Boca Brick & Mortar store to inquire if they had the Tailored fit available in lieu of the regular fit I received and they did. They offered to hold it. They did. When I drove up from Miami and went to check out they informed me they couldn't exchange. They credited my father yet had me pay for the new shirt rather than exchange it. They did honor the online discounted sale price my father had paid. Is a gift receipt policy possible with online purchases and physical in store exchange?

I ordered a pair of pants for my husband. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit. The return process was easy, and the refund posted to my account immediately. Great service!!

The shirts were fine. But getting one or two emails every day ever since is unacceptable. Seriously? You never want to send that many emails out just because I bought a shirt. Send me an email once a month or so, but not two or three a day. So I unsubscribed, of course.

I was a little disappointed (though not completely surprised) to find out that the sweater that I’ve waited months to come back into inventory would not be available at the price that it was offered at a couple months ago.

These shirts are magnificent. Workmanship, tailoring, fabrics and colors. White glove packing, quick delevery.

I called two different times and left number for a call back but never got one. I called on third attempt an a operator answered and she was competent and very helpful.

Once i found the button to begin a return the process was easy.
