Monogram on cuff is too close to the left cuflink holes . It should be centered on cuff showing top of cuff not facing left side. All three shirts ordered are like this. Who is looking under the cuff???? Careless or incompetent or both. Nevertheless bad job and looks horrible. Can't return and can't wear like this. Wasted money.

The shirts are fantastic. It is hard to find high-quality button-down collar pinpoint oxford shirts anywhere these days. These shirts are the real deal. The different fits give a lot of flexibility. However, the website's ability to handle an "exchange" as the part of the return process is slow and quirky. Telephone support is abysmal. I was interrupted before explaining what I needed. This happened twice on 2 separate calls. I was also told I could not get the discounted price (3 for $199) on one replacement shirt since I couldn't do it as a direct exchange on the website. However, that wasn't true. The customer service supervisor was excellent but you shouldn't have to talk to a supervisor to get assistance.

I love Paul Frederick. The quality, look, and feel of the garments is 5 Star.

The quality of the dress shirts is top-notch. The “Tailored” fit ran a bit large in the waist for me, so I ordered the “Slim” fit, which fits much better. I also really like the extended length of the shirt, which helps it stay tucked in throughout the day. One negative note is the number of emails and text messages I received. The volume was a bit excessive.

Once I got an human agent, I was quite happy with your exchange methods. It would be more convenient if I could drop off at a UPS store. You’re on line exchange did not work to exchange one of three shirts. Kept coming up with a balance that I owed. Agent fixed it. Thanks!

Great product, will purchase again, but without the Monogram stitching it's to small.

Paul Frederick has their routine down to a “T”, from select ion, style, price categories, etc. I’ve been from PF for quite a few years and plan to continue.
