Bad delivery promise

I have been wearing Paul Fredrick shirts for over 30 years and they have always been better than any other dress shirts anywhere at any price. Also their customer service is OUTSTANDING. When UPS lost my order, it was immediately replaced at no charge.

It’s OK

Unfortunately the style did not work. I had paid for ‘free returns’ on the front end and then after sending back you deducted $15 for shipping plus another $3+ for ‘free returns’ again… so in the end I was out $20 and although did not feel it was fair it is too much trouble to try to reconcile.

Easy return. The replacement shirt fits great. I even bought a second one because I liked it so well.
