I gave my sons gift cards to use at your new store in Georgetown DC. Your staff refused to honor these cards for the goods selected as “gift cards are only redeemable for online purchases. ” This proved to be most disappointing and quite bizarre. Surely you need to rectify this to ensure a more satisfying experience for your customers!

I purchased the Houndstooth single breasted sport coat. The style looked better than pictured and fit near perfect. I paired with black slacks, and alternated the white non-iron point collar dress shirt with black accent or the solid black non-iron shirt both with a black/grey silk tie. I love it, my wife loves it and my church members think I'm "Styling and Profiling!"

My experience with Paul Fredrick has always been the same. Good looking, quality fabric clothes, great service. I wonder how many thousands I have spent over the years? I never look any where else when I need/want to buy. I go back about 25 years, probably more with Paul. My only wish is that Paul has a retail store. I’m retired with fixed income which means with a walk in store I wouldn’t pay for shipping.

I have very much enjoyed wearing the Paul Fredrick no iron dress shirts and find them easy to wash and hang with little or no ironing if done correctly. I tumble them in a dryer just to heat up and then hang up, very easy care. The quality is excellent as is the fit. I had to replace my wardrobe as I lost weight which was fun actually as I enjoyed picking the new shirts. I think I bought about 15 to 20. Keep up the new designs and quality.

This is my third purchase from Paul Fredrick with the previous purchases were a two-piece suit and a sports coat.
