Very disappointing service. I got the promotion offer 3 dress shirts for $199 and I ordered on the website but then realized only after clicking to pay, that I ordered ONE dress shirt for $145 instead of THREE shirts for $199. I thought there is a step inbetween to order 3 shirts. It is a deceptive ordering procedure where I have to pay the high price for one shirt. And when I sent an email to the customer service that I want to correct my order, I did not get a reply. Given that you sell high end dress shirts, the service is worse than Amazon.

I think I made a mistake. Seeing the limited selection for top choices, I figured since I don't often button collars these days so a neck 15 would be fine - never realizing the shirts also are that much smaller and don't fit at all. I can't imagine why M ended up on my order for an XL frame for the polo shirt, but it's way too small to enjoy as well.

Ordered two pairs of pants the same size. One pair fit. With the other pair, the inseam was at least 4 inches too short!
