Went great part was perfect

Motor for my RV slide out was a perfect match and worked fine. I did have to make my own pin to go in the shaft hole because it did not come with one. The one on the original mother was pressed in by a machine

Received the wrong part partially due to misleading description on web page. Started return process May 26, just received funds to my acct today 6/18. over 3 weeks to return a $20 part. Amazon refunds my money for any reason the minute it is scanned at the shipper. No emails, no pictiures of the part, no boxing it up no rma number no tracking for 5 days no multiple emails to CS to find out the status of my refund, no frustration when there is no live person to talk with. Your process is broken. Any small part return should just be an auto credit the SAME day and keep the part. Service from Gary was not good, but I doubt I am the first. Won't be going back.

The website was easy to navigate, but the particular filter I was looking for the picture was misleading, and I was sent was the wrong filters with the new updated filter, not the original ones the picture has shown

Ordered a hitch, they taped the shipping label to the bare metal hitch and sent it on its way. I received a hitch with several large areas of chipped paint and rust. Gary insisted that the item was new and the carrier was responsible for the damage. When you ship a heavy metal item with zero packaging, the carrier is not responsible for any damage that might occur. Gary refused to state a dollar amount for my refund upon returning the item and forced me to submit a charge back. Gary clearly struggles to grasp reality and does not care about making the customers life extremely difficult! I do not recommend parts hawk at all. They do not deserve anyone's money!

The transmission mount sent did not look like the advertised part. After several inconclusive emails I finally had to return it. The return went smoothly.

The part was in the box and exactly as advertised and ordered. It was competitively priced and promptly delivered,, what more could I ask for. I will try you again when the time arrives.

The pump arrived broken, it's not worth buying from them
