Ordered parts and where lost in mail and reported by the carrier to the company i also contated them I understand things happen but it's been over 2 weeks and they haven't refunded money yet. Will update review once situation is resolved

Great service and shipping

Your online ordering was easy. It was the delivery process of USPS that is costly for them which is then unfortunately passed on to the customers. The box traveled from New York NY: Jersey,NJ; Billings,MT; Casper,WY; Cheyenne,WY; Denver, CO; to Traverse City, MI: with more than a day delay at most of those stops. Fortunately, I have the vehicle in storage and will take it out soon to exchange the part you provided.

You guys saved the day in getting my motor swap project started for the first time. Cant thank you enough, don’t know why it was so hard to find the part at the local auto part store! Will continue to use you in the future.
