This is my first transaction with your company. I bought a brand new Four Seasons A/C Compressor kit. After Installation the AC cooled only for 15 minutes and after that it was blowing hot air. Took it back and according to my mechanic the Compressor is defective and needs to be replaced. I have sent the following email to your company but haven’t heard from anyone. Dear Sir, This is regarding the above mentioned order. I got the compressor replaced by my mechanic. I took a test drive but it was not cooling. I had expected to receive the part I had ordered within the 2-3 days that was stated. However, I had to wait a little over a week to receive my part. After not receiving it within the time frame I had to purchase my part elsewhere because I had to get my vehicle running asap to get to work. So unfortunately I could not even use the part I had ordered from this company.
