Ordered a hitch, they taped the shipping label to the bare metal hitch and sent it on its way. I received a hitch with several large areas of chipped paint and rust. Gary insisted that the item was new and the carrier was responsible for the damage. When you ship a heavy metal item with zero packaging, the carrier is not responsible for any damage that might occur. Gary refused to state a dollar amount for my refund upon returning the item and forced me to submit a charge back. Gary clearly struggles to grasp reality and does not care about making the customers life extremely difficult! I do not recommend parts hawk at all. They do not deserve anyone's money!

The transmission mount sent did not look like the advertised part. After several inconclusive emails I finally had to return it. The return went smoothly.

The part was in the box and exactly as advertised and ordered. It was competitively priced and promptly delivered,, what more could I ask for. I will try you again when the time arrives.

The axles work great and what I wanted. Only issue was the stainless-steel CV boot retaining band/clamp surrounding the boots were bent and deformed on both cv axles. They are working now after a bit of reshaping.

The parts hawk shipping was on time as expected. Unfortunately the parts were not…. TYC capa certified headlamps were mediocre aftermarket quality. With bulb mounting surfaces that would barely accept the bulbs due to not having enough stand off distance to clear the harness connections. You have to force the bulbs into their twist lock position. This will likely reduce the service life of the bulbs.
