When i chose this site for my alignment tool the Google listing said will arrive in 2 days but ended up being 2 weeks. Part is correct but kinda misleading had to keep my tractor split open for extra 2 weeks waiting

Overall poor customer service incorrrct parts slow shipping speed left hand has no idea what right hand is doing very difficult to deal with when parts are incorrect due to improper listing online. Totally failed me waited over a week of lost billable time had to get parts elsewhere due to parts shipped incorrectly

Order And Shipping Were Good. Mirrors Were The Correct Size But The Pair Had Different Hardware And One Does Not Adjust As Smoothly As The Other. Quality Control Could Be Better Between The Two Mirrors, But Overall The Ordering And Shipping Experience With Parts ASAP Was Good.

I ordered the tractor canopy to with frame. Only the frame arrived, there was no canopy top. I reached out to customer service, i was first told it was coming from another location, i received a tracking number, that tracking number was for the shipment I already received. I spoke with customer service again, at this point it was UPS fault for not delivering. I had to go through a whole process of sending info and pictures of the received package. After days, I spoke with customer service again, they needed to get a count of their invetory to make sure it wasn't sent out, at this point, I just ordered a canopy top and asked for a refund. Currently still waiting on a refund and I DO NOT PLAN ON PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORKING TO MAKE THEIR MISTAKES RIGHT. . . . . . .
