Part did fit! Return process is still on going

Right parts were found and shipped to me fast. They are very easy to work with.

I purchased a part from this company. The site said it was in stock. The day that I was supposed to receive my part I reached out due to the fact that I had not received a shipping confirmation email. They then proceeded to tell me that the part is out of stock but they were waiting on one more vendor to respond as to whether they had one. The following day they informed me they had one but it was almost double the price. I asked if they could work with me on the price and they said no. I decided to proceed with the purchase due to the fact that I really needed it and told them that as long as I had it by Friday 5/22/26 to order it. They assured me I would. The next day they tell me the vendor missed shipping window and I won’t receive it until 5/26/26. So not only did I pay almost double but I didn’t receive it when I was supposed too. Now here it is 5/25/26 and I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation for my part that I am supposed to receive tomorrow. This company is horrible they sold me a part they didn’t have for half the price that they eventually charged me! They didn’t offer any options to make it right either. Avoid this company at all costs!

I bought a new gear pump, and the shaft wasn’t exactly the same from original pump, but can’t get an answer from this people , I am a repair shop , skid steer loaders is all I do , I should get the pump from loader parts sourced, with this guys is a waste of my time and money
