I ordered some vintage wheels for my Land Cruiser from Olathes parts department. The parts gentleman was very good and double checked to make sure they were proper for my vehicle. The shipping was fast and packed securely. I will be buying parts from Olathe again.

Correct item arrived complete & undamaged, new condition. Packaging was adequate for item to arrive undamaged & without any signs of wear due to shipping.

Easy and efficient good experience

Excellent work very professional and prices are reasonable

Throttle body received in good shape. No problems

Never received the part

I been buying a lot of OEM, I called one day to see if they can provide me a quote and got it done over the phone. Also I appreciate the promos sent via email because shopping cause can sometimes be discouraging

Amazing the parts were a perfect fit!!

I've a 2002 Toyota 4runner with 300,711 miles and counting. Now that I've found Olathe Toyota and a way to get parts thought previously unavailable I'm sure I'll be able to reach that 500,000 miles milestone. Thanks to the ease of ordering parts and the diligence of the web ordering to double check to verify the right part, your the number one place to "keep on truck'in". thanks again Johnny Harmony California

I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts about my recent experience with your website. I’ve been very pleased with the quality of the parts I ordered, and I found the site easy to navigate, which made the whole process enjoyable. However, I do have a concern regarding the shipping costs, which seemed a bit high to me. I understand that shipping can be expensive, but I wanted to bring it to your attention. Thank you for your excellent service overall.

Always great parts and prices! Fast shipping and good communication!

The parts pricing is always good. The shipping costs are becoming too expensive to compete with buying parts locally.

Stuck at USPS sites. USPS doesn’t provide a date the part will actually arrive.

Beat my local Dealer.

I could look up and order Toyota parts online and have them show up on my doorstep at a good price. This is great!

Authenticity and fast shipping.

I ordered some parts online as I live states away. Not only were the parts 100% genuine and correct, they were also delivered in a timely manner. Will shop here again!

Received order very promptly. Thank you!

I called OTPC to place an order and ask about a part that was indicated per your website as "NOT FOR SALE". This was part No. 25870-75030. The rep. said because of the age of my vehicle parts are sometimes discontinued. I asked him to please check for a suitable replacement. He said he would look but then the phone disconnected. I called back and spoke with William, who informed me the part I wanted was indeed available although he was surprised that the part indicates it is no longer for sale on the website. My point is William was sharp and responsive. I was glad to put the order in. The first rep was short on service, as it seemed he did not offer to recommend an alternative part. He did not state his name like William did when answering the phone.

Good service fast delivery i been ordering parts before with no problem
