I've ordered a lot of parts from Olathe Toyota over the years. When I want OEM parts it's cheaper than my local dealer so I go to Olathe. I recently ordered a part that had been changed (motor mount) and it ended up that it wasn't going to fit my car. Olathe authorized the return no problem and I will continue to order from then when I need OEM Toyota parts. Thanks!

I was unhappy that the wiper blade refils arrived wrapped tightly in a rubber band. I left them layed out flat for several days to relax before installing. They still work fine.

Exactly what it was suppose to be , brand new correct part

So I ordered a part for my Sienna. The picture on the item I selected appeared to be the correct item. It was not. I called and was told I could ship it back at my own expense. I went to multiple places and all are telling me it will be around $100 to ship. The price to ship it back exceeds the value of the part. I am extremely disappointed.

Called customer service to co form the part number. Exact match. Told exactly when it would arrive. Best price for an OEM replacement. Color match is perfect. Couldn’t be happier!
