Not only did I receive all parts ahead of time, there were no errors in the order. All OEM, all correct parts.

The best price I could find for my '05 Tacoma parts. I will be buying more parts from Olathe Toyota to bring myTacoma back to lime new condition. I have 210,000 mi on my truck and parts are needing to be replaced. So far, you've had the best prices I can find for Genuine OEM parts.

I had a great, trouble free online shopping experience. With the VIN/make/model, I purchased my parts with confidence that they would suit my needs. I ordered two additional parts by mistake, was able to call Olathe directly (which is huge, instead of getting the corporate work around) and they changed my order before it shipped/refunded the money immediately. I had the parts installed today at my local dealership, they said it was a smooth installation job and I have an unlimited mile warranty on parts and labor for a year. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is due to the packages being left on my doorstep without a signature required. The email I received as the parts shipped stated that there would be a signature required for delivery due to the cost of the goods being shipped. They did not happen and FedEx confirmed no note was ever present on the order for a signature. I contacted the shipping department and was promptly told that this matter would be taken to to the supervisor and I feel it will be corrected for future customers. I have confidence that the parts are genuine OEM and that they will last for the foreseeable future. I will most certainly be using Olathe for my future parts needs. You guys save me a ton of money so thank you.

My go-to for Toyota parts for my family and friends' vehicles. You might (might!) save a couple dollars if you really dig hard, but the prompt shipping and actual human customer service from the Olathe parts desk are worth way more than the couple bucks on a part. I don't know anything at all about the auto sales side of this dealership, but they get my money for factory parts every single time.
