I was told via phone and on customer message portal that a large order would be shipped by specific day, with a single backordered part shipped later. Did not happen - no communication from Olathe. Had to call to check status 9 days after order was processed only to be informed it still hadn’t shipped. Prices are great but this is unacceptable and makes planning/scheduling jobs impossible.

I’ve recently reached out about the wrong parts, but I got no answer.

If you needed my VIN then you should say you MANDATORILY need it instead of saying it's recommended on the website B4 ordering
