Didn't give 5 stars because it didn't come installed. Easy and quick delivery. The only thing difficult was the install putting it in.

My experiences with them, both buying and returning, have gone smoothly. They speak english on the phone. Real American English. That alone majes the exoerience joyful and unique.

It was very easy to buy, the shipping was fast, and so far I haven't had any problems with the replacement parts, either in terms of quality or type; the correct part has always arrived. Thank you very much.

It was good. I had to change out the motor. I think it works I haven't heard any complaints. The real issue is when the arm/clips broke. They are the ones that hold the windshield to the track. I never seen arm/clips break like that. News ones were ordered and everything went together. Installation complete. To hold the motor in place I used a large tie strap in junction with counting the gears marking position of motor on the new regulator. Installation complete. I'm sure it's working.
