I ordered two factory ball joints for my first gen Toyota tundra. In the same box was too ball joints one brand new and the other one clearly returned to them. Only reason I gave them two stars is they made the return process acceptably easy. I had to return it for a full credit since they didn't have a replacement in stock for more than 30 days. Found a better dealership that was even cheaper in Florida that ships faster than this place. I don't know what happened but this used to be a really good dealership. I ordered my really expensive throttle body for my 4. 7 which was like $800 my local dealer wanted $1,400. It's still in the truck working great. Going to take me forever to trust this place again. I hope they didn't put the part back on the shelf again so someone else could experience this wonderful customer service.

Absolutely awesome! Beau Hall was great with all his help making sure the parts were in. Shipping was super fast which I was unsure about. I certainly hope you keep this open as you have the best prices and service anywhere.

Price was awesome due to the holiday sale pricing. Ship time was about a month, that was less than desirable. Overall I’m happy and would order again unless what I want is quickly needed.

Wrong part was sent . I was needing the driver's side weather stripping on bottom of door. Olathe sent me "hood to radiator support instead.
