Everyone was great and it was easy to get parts

.

The parts arrived in good condition, but we found the the transmission pump was toast and the vehicle is not worth going any farther. It's too rusted to put any more money and time into.

shipping was a little slow

Good service, well packaged. Good prices.

As an owner of several older Toyota 4x4 trucks I’m doing regular maintenance periodically. Olathe Toyota has the best prices and customer service I have experienced. I don’t have to look any further now for my OEM parts.

Everything needed for engine swap at good prices

Good parts good price. Shipping is what it is.

Great customer service in parts department and fast shipper

Defective headlight and you will not refund my $$$ costs me more time and lost labor costs too.

Easy to navigate website for part i needed and shipping didnt take that long to receive part.

Ordering process was great however you ough to think about using the united state postal service because you all used UPS and I still don’t have my package Order it on ORDER #368243 - Placed 09/21/2026 and today is 10/5/2026 and I still do t have my package

Olathe offered the best price on an expensive item, which is why I purchased from them vs local dealer. They reached out to confirm one piece of information before processing the order - the parts guy was awesome! Knew exactly what I needed and processed the inquiry quickly. The item arrived and was very well packed. The item is a long cargo board that could potentially move around in the shipping box. The box was packed with packing material to fill the voids, and they used an innovative approach to tape the board inside the box to avoid it being banged around in shipping. A small thing that made a big difference. Overall great experience and will be purchasing from them again!

Great service and prices! Orders promptly sent!

My items arrived on time and everything was correct. Great experience compared to other places I've dealt with. Would definitely use them again.

I received all the parts in a timely manner

Website is easy to navigate. Was able to find the parts I needed for my 26 year old 4Runner.
