Took 24 days to deliver my product. 20 days just to ship it. Charged me 11 dollars for shipping too even though its not a big package and I spent 200 dollars. You think that would qualify for free quick shipping. Havent opened package yet.

I got charged a month ago and received trcking information and the message that the item is ready for shipping, but a month later I'm still having the same message, that it is ready for shipping. So, just waiting. . .

I'm not sure how to review this because I have not received anything yet. The order was placed Jan 30. Shipped on Feb 5 via USPS. Delivery point is 20 miles away. The Post Office has sent this package through 4 different facilities around the Metroplex and appears to be stalled in Ft Worth for the past 4 days. I placed an order from a different company the same day and that package arrived 3 days ago - FROM CHINA! Yet the USPS is struggling the move a package 20 miles within 2 weeks. Perhaps Norm Reeves Toyota can rethink their preferred carrier. Below is the tracking history from the USPS website as of this morning. Ordered parts online. A few days later received a call for the parts department that one of the parts was on back order. They gave me the option of to keep that part on order or delete that part from the order. I had the credit posted the next day.
