I am very happy with the way I was kept up to date and informed in every aspect of my order. It came sooner than I expected. I haven’t installed the water pump yet but it’s here.
These guys had the best price I could find, but there was quite a wait before item actually shipped.

I'm not sure how to review this because I have not received anything yet. The order was placed Jan 30. Shipped on Feb 5 via USPS. Delivery point is 20 miles away. The Post Office has sent this package through 4 different facilities around the Metroplex and appears to be stalled in Ft Worth for the past 4 days. I placed an order from a different company the same day and that package arrived 3 days ago - FROM CHINA! Yet the USPS is struggling the move a package 20 miles within 2 weeks. Perhaps Norm Reeves Toyota can rethink their preferred carrier. Below is the tracking history from the USPS website as of this morning. Ordered parts online. A few days later received a call for the parts department that one of the parts was on back order. They gave me the option of to keep that part on order or delete that part from the order. I had the credit posted the next day.
Wrong seal. So apparently there are 2 different seals under the hood of a 2011 Toyota Venza and I ordered the wrong one. Looking at the image I guess it was hard to decipher which seal was which. I don't even know if I can return this. Ed Bader
