Slow. Slow slow. I got what I purchased, which must have been on backorder. I wasn't notified. I had to reach out a week later to find out anything about my order. Customer service replied, but very slow with my online purchase
The part was not processed for pick up until we came to the dealer part Dept.
Shipping took longer than expected, communication could have been better, but the product worked perfectly.

Price was great, shipment kinda slow especially compared to what Amazon does. USPS delivery was right on time, it just seemed like it took a long time to get out of the dealer's door. Overall very satisfied.

terrible customer service
Over a month wait, send emails and no reply. Called and was placed on hold 3 times for over 10 minutes. I had to call and talk to someone just for them to see that they have actually have the part on hand and that they were going to send it out the following day. So if I have never called it probably wouldn’t have got shipped.
Shipping label was made a week ago and it still has not been dropped off at the post office.
I ordered the parts 3 weeks ago ,and I have not received it yet

Decent pricing, great availability for genuine Toyota parts, and fast shipping. There's too many unsuspecting ways to get counterfeit Toyota parts these days through outlets like eBay and Amazon, so knowing you're getting the right parts is reassuring. Happy with my first experience with Reeves Toyota, and I'm sure I'll be back.

Well. . . I docked 2 stars because they are quicker to send review requests than they are to ship parts. So much so in fact that I received the request for this review BEFORE I actually received the parts. Took 8+ days to ship the parts. Not that I require immediate gratification. If they didn't have it in stock. . . communicate that with me. If they were backed up on orders. . . again, communication lets the customer know. Next time. . . I will pay a few extra bucks and order from my local dealer.
I never received my parts!
