Shipping label was made a week ago and it still has not been dropped off at the post office.

I ordered the parts 3 weeks ago ,and I have not received it yet

There's too many unsuspecting ways to get counterfeit Toyota parts these days through outlets like eBay and Amazon, so knowing you're getting the right parts is reassuring. Well. . . I docked 2 stars because they are quicker to send review requests than they are to ship parts. So much so in fact that I received the request for this review BEFORE I actually received the parts. Took 8+ days to ship the parts. Not that I require immediate gratification. If they didn't have it in stock. . . communicate that with me. If they were backed up on orders. . . again, communication lets the customer know. Next time. . . I will pay a few extra bucks and order from my local dealer.

Called asking on status of order. He went and got it and it was shipped Outstanding

It took a week to deliver but wheel cover came in good condition.

Took 24 days to deliver my product. 20 days just to ship it. Charged me 11 dollars for shipping too even though its not a big package and I spent 200 dollars. You think that would qualify for free quick shipping. Havent opened package yet.

I got charged a month ago and received trcking information and the message that the item is ready for shipping, but a month later I'm still having the same message, that it is ready for shipping. So, just waiting. . .
