I was impressed with the courtesy and initiative of the parts person I dealt with. He was very informative and although he was in Dallas, he was able to quickly source the parts from a warehouse in Houston. The parts I wanted were very difficult to find - I contacted a number of Toyota dealers before Norm Reeves and the parts were also not available for order from Toyota. I was shocked to learn Norm Reeves could easily get them. That was impressive. Everything was positive with my experience - the people, ability to get what I need and the parts prices were decent. If I had to say something negative, it would be shipping was a little more than I hoped, but it got to me quickly in one piece plus good shipping is simply expensive and they are probably just passing on this cost (makes sense). In a nutshell, I am well-pleased with Norm Reeves. They will be my first choice if my local Toyota dealer (in Virginia) has issues getting parts.
