Great prices and customer service

No update for 2 weeks. Called for order status to find out item was in warehouse, not pulled. . .

I made my purchase 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my order

there was a delay but i was updated by a staff member. got my ordered items and they were what i expected. it was packaged and secured with bubble wraps.

It took over 30 days to get my order. It took 22 days to get maril from your parts department

Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas provide exceptional customer service. My only issue was UPPS not their delivery date as initially stated. Then stating package was in the loop with no new date. Contacted customer service to let them know. Shortly after I had the new delivery date.

Order arrived correct and in a timely manner.

Part arrived quickly and was packaged securely, customer service was very helpful, great transaction.

Beside the delivery is slow everything is all right

Slow. Slow slow. I got what I purchased, which must have been on backorder. I wasn't notified. I had to reach out a week later to find out anything about my order. Customer service replied, but very slow with my online purchase

The part was not processed for pick up until we came to the dealer part Dept.

Shipping took longer than expected, communication could have been better, but the product worked perfectly.

Shipped late , otherwise ok

Price was great, shipment kinda slow especially compared to what Amazon does. USPS delivery was right on time, it just seemed like it took a long time to get out of the dealer's door. Overall very satisfied.

terrible customer service

Over a month wait, send emails and no reply. Called and was placed on hold 3 times for over 10 minutes. I had to call and talk to someone just for them to see that they have actually have the part on hand and that they were going to send it out the following day. So if I have never called it probably wouldn’t have got shipped.
