I ordered the factory splash guards not thinking you would have to drill holes. I don’t want do drill holes in my new Grandhighlander! The dealership was very accommodating in letting me return the splash guards minus a restocking fee which I had no problem with.

Extremely poor packaging of four spark plug shipment. Plugs were just thrown in a box without any packaging paper to prevent damage to the ceramic portion of the spark plug which I have had in a new purchase of plugs from a dealer.

This was the only place I could find original Toyota parts for a very decent price for my daughter's Rav4. Thanks to Capo Valley Toyota for supplying my parts. The control arms were great and are installed in the car and are working great.

The part I was told was for my 2016 toyota 4runner turned out to NOT be the part for it. So I'm stuck with it, I suppose.

The ordering process was simple. The prices were reasonable. The shipping to Hawaii was cheaper than other places. The only problem is that I have not received my order. Tracking says it will arrive by June 8th. It’s taking a while!

Guys at the parts department were super helpful. We were able to swap out the hybrid battery, pack up the return battery and received our refund in a few days for the core. Great price, great parts service, only drawback was employee who told us we couldn't leave our return battery. Guys at the parts department took care of us and we were able to turn over the return so we are definitely giving 5 stars

Ordered some parts for a job using their website order form. Paid for priority mail shipping. Took a few days and still no email that the parts had shipped. I sent an email about that and did get a prompt response, and parts did get out later that day. Bummer I had to follow up though.

I change these inserts every 6 months. Best option for OEM Toyota wiper arms. The inserts are very easy to change. Shipping was a bit pricey.
