Unfortunately, my experience with parts. capovalleytoyota. com has not been a good one. It took much longer than expected for our order to arrive, and when it finally did, the part was incorrect. During the ordering process, you specifically asked for our VIN to ensure we received the correct part. We provided the VIN, yet the wrong part was still sent. To make matters worse, we haven’t been able to reach anyone to get this issue resolved. I was glad to receive this email because I’m hoping this message reaches someone who can help correct our order as soon as possible. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Shipped the incorrect part. Sent message on 7/23/2026 regarding error. On 7/29 finally got a return shipping label for USPS. Company will not sent correct part until they receive the incorrect item they shipped. And then USPS will take a week to ship the correct item. Order was placed of July 16, 2026 two weeks ago and it will be at least another week before and possibly get the correct item.
