Order was placed and 8 days later I still hadn’t received an update or the items. I followed up and was told the item had to be ordered then would be shipped. Received it almost 2 weeks after order. Would have been nice to receive order updates or notified of a delay especially when I upgraded shipping speeds when making the purchase.

I thought I ordered a genuine Toyota part but a Dorman part was delivered.

The whole process from finding the parts, ordering the parts, and receiving the parts was excellent and as smooth as possible. Customer service was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions I had quickly and clearly. Overall an excellent experience and would order parts again.

The parts were shipped promptly and arrived on time. They were OEM in original packaging and fit as expected. Prices were very good overall considering the cost of the parts and shipping versus competitors. I will definitely use them again.

Ordered parts for front break job. Friendly parts people and quick shipping. However one of the parts was missing (included on the invoice but not included in the shipment) They apologized and refunded for the missing part. Seem like good people. I would buy parts from them again.

Slow communication and difficulty of initiating a return within the specified window, wouldn’t work with them again unless maybe you live in their city and can talk to a service counter directly.

The quality is not what I expected; therefore, I will be returning them.

The part was correct. However, it wasn’t actually shipped for several days. I called customer service and even then, I was told it would not ship until the next day (3 business days after I placed my order).
